POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the growth of our US office. To be a resourceful individual who will be responsible, efficient and effective, managing the day-to-day operations of the business. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building structure from the ground up. As a startup, responsibilities may evolve over time, so adaptability and a proactive mindset are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Team Leadership & Staff
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and daily supervision of team members, ensuring everyone has the tools and training to succeed
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer service concerns, resolving issues efficiently while upholding brand values
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and positivity across departments
People & Resource Management
- Partner with HR to support hiring, development, and performance management across all teams
- Work with leadership to build and implement onboarding and training materials for new hires
- Oversee general office operations and serve as the go-to person for day-to-day management needs
Budgeting & Financial Oversight
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, including P&Ls, KPIs, inventory, labor efficiency, and cash flow, in collaboration with leadership
- Forecast staffing and material needs based on seasonal trends, new product launches, and sales goals
- Prepare and present quarterly operational and financial reports to the VP and executive team, offering strategic insights and recommendations
Compliance, Risk & Process Management
- Manage cross-functional projects, including any updates or changes to physical workspace or facilities
- Ensure ongoing compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Design and implement scalable workflows and SOPs that improve efficiency, quality, and long-term growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing small teams
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in apparel, merchandise, or the entertainment industry is a plus
- Background in startup environments or scaling operations is preferred

Owing to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a highly efficient and experienced Warehouse & Fulfilment Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a proven track record in warehouse and logistics management.
About You:
You are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You take ownership of operations, lead by example, and are passionate about efficiency and organisation. You have a strong understanding of warehouse workflows and safety standards, and you know how to motivate a team to meet targets and maintain high performance. You’re calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and always looking for ways to improve processes. Whether it’s optimizing layout, reducing turnaround times, or improving stock accuracy, you’re always a step ahead. You’re tech-savvy enough to work with warehouse systems and data but practical enough to roll up your sleeves and get involved when needed.
Job Role:
- Manage daily operations of the warehouse and logistics, including inventory control, order fulfilment, shipping, and receiving
- Monitoring Production lines are up to date for shipment dates
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock takes/audits
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service departments to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Manage the maintenance and organisation of warehouse equipment and facilities
- Implementing Structure
- Analyse performance data to identify productivity gaps and develop corrective actions.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods and resolve any delivery issues
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to track KPIs and improve workflow
Expectations:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse or Fulfilment Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic IT tools (e.g., Excel, WMS software).
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g. forklift license, logistics management courses).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Owing to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a highly efficient experienced Bookkeeper for our finance department to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy and integrity, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients while effectively managing credit and debt recovery processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance.
About You:
You have a solid understanding of bookkeeping processes and financial regulations in Belgium and Europe; Possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and tact. You are highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet company goals. You are critical in managing credit and collections processes, ensuring timely payment collection and minimising credit risks. You also contribute to maintaining a healthy cash flow and optimising our financial performance.
Job Role:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other supporting documents
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice generation and payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budget preparation and cash flow forecasting
- Monitor company expenditures and assist in managing budgets
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions as needed
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certified certifications are a plus
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero)
- Have strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. (Able to do Pivot tables / V-Lockups is a plus)
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ensuring invoices are dispatched to customers on time.
- Reconciling clients’ accounts as necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information, perform risk assessments and make informed credit decisions.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Ability to implement accounting principles and practices effectively.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- High level of detail and accuracy.
- Having experience in the music industry or manufacturing production and processes is an advantage, but not essential.
