Warehouse Operative

Job Role

We are seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Operative who enjoys working systematically and productively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving results in a warehouse-based environment and should be comfortable going beyond expectations to meet team goals. As part of the Warehouse Team, you will use your initiative and skills in organisation, planning, time management, and documentation. You will work alongside team members in a fast-paced environment, managing stock transfers and maintaining vital communication with all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Goods Receiving, Storage & Stock Control

  • Receive incoming deliveries and check goods against delivery notes
  • Inspect products for damage or discrepancies
  • Unload deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Label and store stock in designated warehouse locations
  • Carry out stock counts and inventory checks
  • Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies
  • Assist with stock rotation and replenishment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems

Picking, Packing, Dispatch & Shipping

  • Pick customer or internal orders accurately using pick lists or scanners
  • Pack products securely and correctly for dispatch
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation
  • Ensure orders meet quality and accuracy standards before dispatch
  • Assist with loading vehicles for delivery or collection
  • Ensure outgoing shipments are correctly documented
  • Coordinate with drivers and transport teams when required
  • Meet dispatch deadlines and operational targets

Warehouse Maintenance, Safety & Equipment Operation

  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and hazard-free
  • Follow company health & safety procedures at all times
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
  • Report accidents, damages, or safety concerns immediately
  • Operating pallet trucks
  • Using handheld scanners
  • Operating forklift – once probation is signed off (Training Offered)
  • Using warehouse management systems (WMS)

Team Support

  • Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Support supervisors with operational tasks
  • Assist during busy periods or stock deliveries
  • Maintain good communication across shifts and departments

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideal, but not required
  • Safety awareness
  • Adaptability with larger projects and the high level of standards that are required
  • Time management and the importance of consistency
  • Understands the importance of working within a team
  • Accountability and understanding error, should it occur, and how to proactively deal with it

Screen Technician

About Us

Owing to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a highly efficient and dynamic Screen Technician for our team. The role consists of coordinating and supporting the screen process of every project. This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented and has a passion for production and the music industry.

About You

As a Print Screen Technician, you specialise in the preparation, setup, and maintenance of screen printing equipment to ensure high-quality prints on different fabrics. With a keen eye for detail and strong understanding of inks and screens, you manage the entire printing process—from creating and aligning screens to troubleshooting issues and maintaining equipment for optimal performance. Your precision and efficiency help deliver consistent results in fast-paced production environments.

Job Role Expectations

  • Prepare and set up screens, stencils, inks, and materials according to job specifications
  • Count stock for the individual jobs onto trolleys in preparation for the print job
  • Operate automatic screen printing machines
  • Mix, match, and apply inks accurately for various print jobs
  • Align screens and garments to ensure precise print placement
  • Conduct test prints and adjust settings to maintain print quality
  • Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
  • Troubleshoot printing issues and resolve them efficiently to minimise waste
  • Clean and maintain screens, equipment, and workspace using appropriate chemicals and safety procedures
  • Assist with inventory management of inks, screens, garments, and other supplies
  • Collaborate with designers to translate artwork into print-ready formats
  • Support packing and shipping of finished goods
  • Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets
  • Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent command of English essential
  • Basic knowledge of screen printing techniques and equipment
  • Ability to safely handle inks, products and cleaning processes daily
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
  • Physically capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods
