POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Part-Time Finance Associate to manage day-to-day financial operations at our U.S. headquarters in Austin, TX. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoicing and payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting payroll and tax prep, primarily using Xero accounting software.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our business financially organized and compliant as we continue to grow. As a startup building from the ground up, we’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities may evolve over time, so flexibility, trustworthiness, and a team-first attitude are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across multiple accounts
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
  • Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and year-end close
  • Monitor cash flow and flag discrepancies or irregularities
  • Maintain organized digital records and ensure all documentation is audit-ready
  • Contribute to the development of streamlined financial processes and best practices
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to music venues, ensuring timely processing and accurate tracking
  • Follow up with venues on outstanding payments to ensure prompt turnaround and resolve any issues related to delayed remittance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience, ideally in a small business or startup environment
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software is required
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience with atVenu is highly desired
  • Working in the music, entertainment, or e-commerce industry is a plus

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, onsite role based at our Austin, TX headquarters. While in-office presence is required, we offer flexibility in choosing which days are worked on-site (M-F).

Estimated workload is 10–15 hours per week, with the potential to increase as the business grows.

Touring Assistant

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Touring Assistant to join our Austin-based team. This is a logistics-heavy, non-travel role where you’ll play a key part in supporting our touring artists and road teams behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with the production team and report directly to the VP.

This role requires strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts at once. Familiarity with AtVenu and Excel is essential, and experience with tour merch sales is a strong plus. As a startup, we value flexibility—this role may occasionally require you to pitch in beyond your lane, so a team-oriented mindset is key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Upload tour information into AtVenu and manage show sheets across multiple tours
  • Maintain internal spreadsheets and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Monitor outbound shipments from print shops and ensure products arrive at the right place, on time
  • Assist with shipping merch and supplies to the road, including coordinating pickups and tracking deliveries
  • Coordinate closely with the Production Lead to stay updated on product readiness
  • Communicate with artist management to gather ticket sales data and update tour sheets accordingly
  • Communicate with road reps to confirm deliveries, returns, and daily sales reporting
  • Manage and track AtVenu hardware—including registers, card readers, and accessories—for both outbound and return logistics
  • Maintain and update the internal tour calendar with key tour dates, shipments, and milestones
  • Support the VP with administrative and day-to-day logistics tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with AtVenu preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and follow-through with remote and on-the-ground teams
  • Experience with tour merch sales or live event logistics is a major plus
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is a bonus—this is the tool we use to stay organized
  • Comfortable in a startup environment where roles can evolve and flexibility is valued
  • Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Production Lead

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Production Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of merchandise production at our U.S. headquarters in Austin, TX. This hands-on, vendor-facing role includes sourcing, quoting, and managing the production and delivery of custom merchandise across e-commerce and touring. You’ll collaborate with artist teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure every product meets spec, budget, and timeline.

You’ll also track production statuses, manage approvals, and help refine internal systems as we grow. We’re a fast-moving startup, so we’re looking for someone who’s highly organized, production-savvy, and ready to take ownership from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage production timelines for merchandise orders from quoting to final delivery
  • Coordinate with vendors on pricing, timelines, and product specs
  • Submit purchase orders, track open orders, and monitor production progress
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure approvals are on track
  • Partner closely with artist teams and account managers to ensure clear communication and smooth coordination
  • Troubleshoot issues related to delays, inventory, or product quality
  • Maintain organized production records, POs, and delivery documentation
  • Source new vendors or production methods as needed
  • Ensure that all merchandise meets brand, quality, and compliance standards
  • Support related operations and fulfillment needs during peak periods or special projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in merchandise production, and sourcing, preferably in the apparel industry
  • Excel skills required
  • Solid understanding of custom decoration processes (screen printing, embroidery, DTG, etc.) and apparel production workflows
  • Familiarity with music merchandise or entertainment industries preferred
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Comfortable communicating with artist teams and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with Monday.com, Airtable, or production tracking software a plus
  • Role requires regular onsite presence at our Austin headquarters
